The legendary Dome. Oh, The Dome. This is my third visit to the Dawson City must-do attraction. The views are ridiculous and the silence as you are high above town is remarkable. Dawson itself is fairly quiet anyway but if you need a place to get away and feel like you're in a different world, it's The Dome.

Here's a Dawson City flashback: During our first visit to The Dome in 2013, I noticed some action on the hill. Little did I know that two men were about to propose to their girlfriends. We saw their families hiding around the bend and moments after the guys popped the question, the families surprised the young women. Never missing a chance to steal a moment for our radio shows, I interviewed the couples minutes after the proposals.
